Im 9 weeks pregnant and ive been really constipated i went to the bathroom and attempted to poo (tmi i know sorry) and afterwards when i wiped i notice bright red blood from my rectal area and some from my vag is this normal i dont feel any pain or anything and its only there when i wipe
