Worried about baby bump

Hey everyone. This is my 10th pregnancy, my youngest is 6. Anyway, I’m currently 18 weeks pregnant and still not showing yet.

I understand it’s still early and baby is still small but with every one of my other pregnancy’s I was showing already by this time, you could definitely see I was pregnant. With this baby my belly is still the same as pre pregnancy and having had other children you would think I would have a bump by now. I know there’s all sorts of reasons why, I’m really worried about the baby’s growth. I have a scan and midwife appt in 2 weeks but the wait for answers is horrendous 😩

I googled ( yes I know..... 😔) and I think there’s a possibility I have a tilted uterus??

I’m just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? What causes a tilted uterus? Can you have a tilted uterus with one pregnancy and not others? Are there any dangers? Sorry for the novel and all the questions but I’m so anxious about the baby’s size. Thanks for taking the time to read this, I really appreciate it 🙏🏻.
