Usually you want to have sex every 2-3 days. If you have sex every day then your mans sperm isn't going to be mature enough to fertilise an egg. Plus if you habe sex too often, the new sperm and the old sperm can kill each other so then you wont have any sperm at all. So every 2-3 is enough as sperm can live inside you for up to 5 days in the right environment.
