Labor pains? FTM

I’ve had my bloody show/lost my mucus plug

I’ve been having the normal pains of the baby moving down lower and lower for the last two weeks. Ultrasound last week she’s head down, 8lbs5oz about as low as she can get but I was not dilated cervix still closed (38 weeks)

Last night I literally cried myself to sleep at 5 am in pain and it’s been going on all day

I feel like someone is twisting a knife inside my vagina/uterus, period like cramps, intense lower back pain and the baby is flippin out just being extremely active and kicking the ever lovin’ shit out of me.

Are these early labor pains should I be trying to track them?
