Any tips and/or natural remedies to relieve headaches during pregnancy ?

Tylenol is not working, I’m drinking lots of water and getting enough sleep. I can’t take these headaches. It’s been 4 days strait with pounding headaches! Any advice would help. Thanks.

Chug 16 oz of water the minute you wake up. Before you eat. I don't know why, but it worked for me even though I was drinking enough. Epsom salt baths can help. Also if you're constipated, that can aggravate headache. If none of these things work, you may want to see a chiropractor because you may need an adjustment.

Caffeine, lots of water, massage, acupuncture, essential oils or turmeric!

Ask your doctor about adding magnesium. I am a chronic migraine sufferers and my neurologist put me on 400mg of magnesium for my entire pregnancy it’s perfectly safe.
