Head from both people

So I just got out of a year long relationship and before that I had a friends with benefits for six months. Both guys always wanted me to give head but never gave. I’m starting to get intimate with a new guy but I really don’t want to be the only one getting head. What do I do? Or is it normal for most guys to not give as much as girls?
