Can azo affect the dye on opks?

I had a slight uti and took azo for a day and drank lots of water and cranberry juice. I was not due to ovulate for 6 days, but the opk strip test lines got dark like during ovulation time the 2 days after I stopped the azo. Now supposed to ovulate day after tomorrow and line is super light. Digital opk did not read positive during or right after azo, but has been on high, not peak, since day before yesterday...which would be normal if I am still on track.

Just confused a bit by my results and already have my $685.00 frozen sperm here just waiting😕.

Hoping the azo dye is to blame and that I will ovulate soon😞😰.
