Blighted ovum or too early?

Question

9 dpo bloods were 8, 11 dpo they were 39, 16 dpo 298, 20 dpo 1898 and then most recent bloods 10 days later at 6+2 or 30 dpo was 47000. Had a scan and saw a sac measuring exactly too my period date. I've had no bleeding just cramping. Women who have had them, how was your pregnancy? And hcg etc?

I’ve not had a blighted ovum but I did have a missed miscarriage at 9w5d.
My HCG was low from the beginning with only 82 at 15DPO, then 170 at 18DPO, they checked a week later because I was cramping and it had risen to 2,200 but was still around a week behind expected range.
I had an early ultrasound at what I had thought was 7 weeks exactly and baby only measured 6w1d but had a heartbeat.
It wasn’t until I spotted a little bit a month later that they did another scan and saw no growth and that baby’s heart had stopped.
To be honest I kind of had a feeling from the beginning that the pregnancy wouldn’t go well. It felt very different from my previous to healthy pregnancies in terms of symptoms etc
Fingers crossed that everything goes well for you though and that you have a happy and healthy 9 months 🤞
