Yeast

Anyone else have a yeast infection without symptoms? I went in today because of some lower stomach paib and it was worrying me because it was constant for 5 days. So went In to make sure baby was ok and she wanted to check my cervix just in case. Im 15 weeks 5 days. But anyway all was good. But she said I had alot of yeast when she looked. But have zero symptons
