Is this a lip tie?

I saw a post where someone showed a picture and mentioned their LO has a lip tie and it got be wondering if my LO does as well. We have no problems with latching or nursing, at times he does clamp on my nipple but I believe that's fairly normal. What do you ladies think?

Yeah, my son had one. My mom works for an ENT so we just had them snip it for us. If his latch is fine I wouldn’t worry about it. It can affect teeth and speech down the road but obviously not all the time.

Yep, I had my daughter’s zapped by a laser when her posterior tongue tie was released. 
It’s cosmetic, for me I didn’t like the way it can make the two front teeth come in and I didn’t want it to be something she’s self conscious about later so we had it released as well.

Mine sons lip looks like this too, but he latches fine so idk 🤷🏼‍♀️
