💩 during early pregnancy?

Does anyone know if early pregnancy can present as losing control of ones bowels?

I wish I was making this up 🤦🏼‍♀️ today on my way to work I suddenly got the sensation that I needed to go to the bathroom (#2)....like so bad. I was speeding there and planning to sprint into the building. But as soon as I parked my car and shifted positions to make my swift exit, I lost complete control. I pooped my pants. Like a ton. It was horrific.

I didn’t eat anything that different, though I did have 3 cups of coffee instead of my usual 2. But yeah.

Is there any chance this could be an early sign of pregnancy? I think I ovulated about 8 days ago.
