Does anyone else’s baby refuse to sleep in their crib/bassinet?

My little one will sleep anywhere except for his own bed 😩 He will literally lay there and make noises alllll night. Has anyone else dealt with this or found a solution? Would love to hear ideas as I am one tired mamma.

We always start the night in his bassinet but around his 2am feed we always end up cosleeping 🤷🏼‍♀️🙃 not our original plan but it works.

Our 5wk daughter would never sleep in her bassinet. We ended up trying her crib in her own room and that seems to be working. 
We started co-sleeping when she came home due to her having congestion. We then tried the bassinet and she never really settled. After a week of struggles, we have now put her in her own crib and I find everyone gets a better sleep. I think when sleeping in the bassinet, she could hear and smell ya and therefore had trouble getting to sleep. When in her own room, we don’t distract her.

If that’s where you want him to sleep, be consistent about it. If you end up putting him somewhere else when he cries, he’s always going to cry until he gets there. My daughter isn’t a huge fan of her bassinet, but that’s where she needs to sleep. We cuddle her when she cries, but she ends right back up there once she’s sleepy again. She will learn :)

We splurged on the graco dreamglider bassinet for this same reason. We have to crank it up to the max speed and swaddle our 4 week old. But he successfully slept in it until 5:30 this morning.
