My cramps are sooo bad that one time, while I was babysitting my brother on my period, I could not take the pain, I was just screaming and crying and I started throwing up, it was AWFUL!!!

They used to be absolutely TERRIBLE I would have to call out of work or miss school but this year they’ve actually been bearable or nonexistent. Whenever they do pop up I just take ibuprofen & cuddle with my heating pad. 🤞🏾

Before birth control i would stay home for the first 2 days out of my 7 day long periods. Cramps were so bad i would vomit and cry in a ball wait for the pain to pass even after using a heating pad and taking the max amount of paun killers through out the day. Ive tried every pain killer thats over the counter and some prescription. Nothing helps the pain except skipping periods with birth control. Mirena has saved my life.
