Do you wear shoes in the house?

I’ve always been taught to not wear shoes in the house or in other people’s house. We have fuzzy house socks and house shoes but we don’t wear shoes in the house they come off at the door.

If I have to run in & grab something quick I do. Otherwise we take them off.

I literally wear flip flops 24/7 summer, winter,, rain, snow, indoors, outside lol only take them off to sleep😂

I don’t wear shoes in my house. And I get cery frustrated when other people do.. I’m not cleaning the floors every day, keep the shoes offx

I can’t understand people who wear outdoor shoes throughout their home. We don’t do it (I’m Canadian) and based solely off of things I watch on YouTube I feel like it’s largely an American thing to do. Like I’ll watch people walking through homes they want to buy and the shoes they were just wearing outside stay on throughout the home... even on carpets!

Shoes are okay because we are getting new carpet soon 🙌 then no shoes. I always take mine off when going to someone else's house. Half the time they say "you don't have to take your shoes off" 😂
