I have little brown moles on my face. Some are raised and others are just flat. My mom calls them beauty mark and I hate them. For the most part I have good skin but recently these two red thing showed up on my face and I thought they were pimples but they won’t go away. They have blood in them. I’ve scratched them open. I hope they’re not the start of raised beauty marks. How do I get rid of them and does anyone have them too? I think it would look so bad if they were where the red spots are. They’re scattered randomly and it would look bad. W
