I have been with my job since March 2019 I was hired when i was 5weeks pregnant. I let my employer know i was indeed pregnant right away. They knew the entire time. Reaching my third trimester (28weeks now) I came across some pregnancy complications. I have Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction, where my pubic bone has dislocated making it hard to walk and is extremely painful. Now my employer knew about this 3weeks ago as my doctor notified them and also said 6hours a day and light duty. Which my employer agreed to. A coworker graciously lended me a wheelchair to get around better at work. Ive been using it. Ive been doing my job. It's a desk job. Well this morning i was pulled into HR and was told "we are letting you go because of mobility, we do not want to be accountable for anything that may happen" ... ladies, I am so upset and disappointed. I was ready to work until my daughter was here i had hopes to anyways as they agreed. I am now stressed about money AND insurance. What am i going to do. 😭💔 My ex fiance and i broke up two months ago. I feel so lost.😭 I didn't think this would happen.
