Help please

I had a miscarriage last month. Me and hubby got freaky. Tmi. But now I’m 2 days late according to the app. Just light cramping and nips hurt to touch. But My ovulation days was 2nd to the 7th. But on the 15 I had raw egg white discharge. And really stretchy. Any ideas.
