Weight loss after birth
I know I have gained w noticeable amount of weight all over my body (shoes don’t fit me anymore, deffo gained weight on my face & arms) and now I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy (not been weighed since around 27/28 weeks when I had gained around 3stone) I am becoming nervous about losing weight after baby is born.....
This is my first child so have no idea how my body will be after pregnancy...
Baby due beginning of October - got 7.5 weeks left.... wondering what people would do to promote healthy weight loss after baby is born...
