My doctor recommended I take prednisone 20mg in the first trimester to avoid an immunological reaction and lose another pregnancy. I’m healthy so far, just had one MMC at 10 weeks but my mom has lupus (I don’t)

I have a very good doctor with a lot of experience and recommended by a lot of other doctors, it’s just that I keep reading everywhere that it’s a little risky and some other doctors have advised against.

Anybody in a similar situation?
