I had irregular bleeding for the first time ever a few days ago, landing in the middle of my cycle. I bled light red for about 3 days, not heavy, then went away. I chalked it up to possible ovulation bleeding, but I've never had it before now. Always had a regular 32 day cycle.

Then since yesterday at noon I've had non stop heartburn. I don't ever get heartburn and medicine doesnt even touch it. It's been over 24 hrs now!

Do you guys think these symptoms are related? What could this be from?
