I was on Letrozole this month “ Femara “

I had my period 6 days early .. so I thought I might have ovulated early ..

This period blood was so light red and only lasted 2 days and third day like dark blood spots in toiled not in the pad

I have dull pain but continous in my left ovary

I am so scared that this could be ectopic pregnancy !

I will go to dr tmrw but anyways Its too early fpr ultrasound to detect after 3 days I will go in a far place where no obgy there only ER for general things ..

Help me with your experience

I did Test and its BFN on 1st day of AF
