No because I won't give my child a ridiculous and misspelled name so I'm not worried at all!

I was at first. Not so much about my girls. Their names are Vanessa and Valerie and while it varies greatly upon their personalities and what stupid nicknames kids make up for them...I can't see it being too bad.

My son however...

He's due in a few weeks and my husband got to pick his name. He and I decided that is name the girls and he'd name an boys. This is our last baby and first boy so of course he had dibs. He wants to name him Dexter. I don't hate it. I don't LOVE it. I do love his nickname "Dex" but I am a bit concerned he will be like "wth guys" when he gets older

I think most kids hate their name at some point it's kind of natural. My name is Samantha and I hated most of my childhood but love it now. So I'm not too worried about it. Our first daughters name is Piper Adelaide and our second is an Angel baby we named Phoenix Indy, currently on baby number three and we always save the name until we announce the birth.

My kids are named Benjamin and Ella so very easy and classic; however they both have two middle names so I suppose there is a chance they could hate that they have 2 middle names to deal with all their lives. My husband has two middles and he said it never bothered him at all.
