I’m so mad right now some tmi

So my grandmother and my aunt are telling me it’s constipation but I think not (I do have IBS though) well I’m hurting in my abdomen pulling sensation and sharp pains and very nauseated but haven’t thrown up every time I use the bathroom it’s been little balls (not the norm for me at all) and I’ve been very gassy and peeing a lot and cramping in my stomach and my nipples been kinda sore and really sensitive i keep telling them I’ve been using the bathroom and as of right now I don’t have the urge to poop if I don’t feel better soon I’ll be going to the hospital but I need opinions cause I really hate hospitals and trying to refrain from going
