I went into dr yesterday I’m supposed to be 5 weeks had an US done and all she could see was thickening of lining. I’m positive of my dates.. however I took this pregnancy test today and it popped up positive right away... what do you think it is?

5 weeks is still really early for an ultrasound. My office won’t do one usually until 8 weeks. I wouldn’t panic.

It’s hard to see anything before 8 weeks for sure. Sometimes it’s difficult to see anything at 6 or 7 weeks, much less 5. Don’t panic just yet

That's all you would see at 5 weeks pregnant. You can't see the baby until 6 weeks
