Terrible migraines and sinus

I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I'm having terrible migraines. Today my head is just throbbing and my right eye really bothers me. I'm starting to think its sinus concidering I'm prone to sinus infections. My eyes are very sensitive to light. Also the bridge of My nose feels extra sensitive as if someone punched me dead in the nose. I just can't seem to get a break. I can't even sleep. Anyone else have this or am I the only one 😔?
