Probably just paranoid

So I am having surgery next week and I just found out that they make you take a urine test before to test for pregnancy. The first time I had sex was 12 days ago and the last time was about 4 days ago. I’m on bc ( never missed a pill) and my bf wears condoms and pulled out before finishing. I know for a fact that the condom didn’t break the last time and I’m almost sure it didn’t the first time and my bf says it didnt. I’m just really nervous that next week my test will be positive and then I can’t have surgery. Should I be worrying?
