I have no heart conditions no high blood pressure etc. we’ve ran tests and it’s definitely anxiety.

I’m physically okay like no anxiety attack but my heart feels like it’s gonna beat out of my chest almost for an hour every morning when I get here. It also only happens during work days so that’s why I’m pretty sure it’s anxiety (I’m very unhappy and stressed where I am and it’s a dysfunctional firm. I already gave notice I will be leaving but gave them a long time to find my replacement so I’m still here for another two months - gave them notice August 1, I will be leaving and about a week ago told them October 25th would be the date)

I’m just thinking if this is something that can harm baby if not maybe I need to reconsider leaving sooner

Has anyone gone through this and baby was fine? I do plan to ask my doc next appointment in 4 days
