Plan B questions

My app says I have a Medium (10.8%) risk of pregnancy, and I had unprotected sex. I've already taken Plan B 3 times in my life, and I'm under the impression that you're really not supposed to take it more than 3 times in life (or else you run the risk of damaging your uterus and ruining your chances of ever getting pregnant).

Just looking for opinions: with only a Medium risk of pregnancy, should I get Plan B anyway?
