So can someone explain to me how to do ovulation test please.. do you have to do them everyday as soon as your period ends and can you get a positive test the same day as a negative.. thank you

Start testing about a week after your period ends (I start around cd8). You’ll want to read the instructions on the test you purchased, but most of them say to test after 11am (most Of the time LH levels rises in the afternoon/evening). As your level starts rising, start testing twice a day (early PM and evening). I do this starting around CD10/11. Use the Premom app to record your tests - it gives you an idea of your level and how much it’s increasing. Once you hit your peak (the test line will be darker or just as dark as the control) that means you will be ovulating in the next 12-48 hours so get busy! Make sure you confirm you’ve ovulated after your surge with BBT. Good luck!

I take mine 7 days after my first day of my period. I’ll take them once a morning and once it starts to get darker I will take it twice a day. There’s no specific time to take it unlike Pregnancy tests.
