How accurate is glow is this a good for fertility? Trying to get pregnant.

This is actually an Assisted Fertility Group so unfortunately everyone here needs more than the help of Glow to conceive.  We need doctors and medicine and fertility treatments (personally on IVF round 4 now)...

No because the app doesnt take into account infertility, and irregular cycles. I've been trying for a year now and still nothing. 
So I'm now on medicated cycles and then iui if that doesnt work.
