If a child’s parents regularly had loud, open-door sex and did not care if the child hear or saw (which they constantly did), is that childhood sexual abuse?

In the UK forcing or not preventing a child from witnessing sexual acts is actually a crime... which would fall under the sexual offences act.

I think it can definitely traumatize your kids and if it’s not, it should be considered a form of abuse. Whether this is an unpopular opinion or not, kids should never be subjected to see their parents fucking and the fact that it can traumatize and leave negative psychological effects on kids, should be enough to warrant a CPS investigation.

Yes it is. No kid should be able to see you have sex. Especially when the parents dont give two shits if they're seen and heard. I'd say the same for hearing, but we know how some houses are built (thin walls).
