HELP!!!

so I’m on the pill, my doctor told me not to take the placebo one so that’s how I’ve been taking it. So I missed 2 days in a row and had unprotected sex both of those day. I had breakthrough bleeding the 3rd day and mind you I took that pill very late at night (the breakthrough bleeding only lasted a day and half). Now it’s a week later and I’ve been cramping, bloating, gassy, irritable, nauseous, and my cm was brown yesterday. Could I be pregnant?? Or am I thinking too much about it. SOS
