So if you were extremely disrespected, made out to be a liar, have an employee lie to their boss about a situation, and have the boss/owner tell you that you just want money while they highly disrespect you, would you expect or want your mother (we're very close) to support you and no longer go to this place of business as well?

I wouldn't expect my mom to stop going anywhere. She is an adult and can make her own decisions. I love and respect my mom too much to tell her what she can and cannot do. And I would not hold her decisions against her either.

In reality you cannot expect someone to stop shopping somewhere because you had a problem there. YOU have the issue, not your mom, and maybe your mom thinks you were wrong here?

You know, I tend to find specific 'would you' posts like this to be EXTREMELY one sided and I'm highly suspicious that there are details here that you're withholding.  
But to answer your question, I would never ask my mother to quit going somewhere because of my bad experience.  She's a grown woman and she doesn't 'owe' me that.  Not to mention that I would likely get an earful if I even attempted to ask that of her.
