I have a 20% bf and I do have abs- it’s all about where you carry your fat. I carry mine all in my ass , not an ounce on my chest 😂 everyone carries their weight differently.

Abs are def made in the kitchen but they are also a muscle, therefore just having low bmi does not make them noticable. You need to build muscle in order to obtain the definition you're looking for, in order to build muscle you need to increase your protein intake and exercise.

Would need to see a pic to determine body type. Mine was about the same here, probably a little less, but barely could see abs on a good day. I also wasn’t carrying weight ANYWHERE else. Pic is from 9 weeks pregnant.
