Bra support

I am a fairly large breasted woman (ok, large). I wear a 40F. I hate underwire bras as they just aren’t comfortable to me.

The wireless brand I’ve been wearing are super comfortable. However the lower, inner part of my breasts (after taking off my bra) are harder than the best of my breast. They do return to normal after having my bra off for awhile.

I’m not sure if it’s because of the milk ducts developing or what. But I wanted to know if ...

1. Is this normal?

2. Is it due to incorrect bra size?

3. Does anyone have a bra they would recommend?confu
