Opinions please!

Okay so I was on an IUD for 5 years, I just got it out on July 31st. I had a couple spread out days of spotting after getting it out & I still haven’t had an actual period. I’ve felt super off the last few days, so I took two test on Tuesday night & I got faint positives. I took those test 20min apart. I took one again Wednesday morning and it was negative. Soooo do we think I could be pregnant? Or were the first two maybe a fluke? These were the first two tests I took!
