Laparoscopic or natural way to rid ovaries of cysts?

I have lots of cysts on my ovaries. Did anyone choose to have the laparoscopic to remove them quicker than a natural route? 
We’ve been TTC for over two years and we’re still trying to find the best option for us.
Advice? Complications?

I had a lap. and I am so glad I did. They got rid of the cyst and cleaned out any endometriosis and the inside of the uterus. I felt so much better after
