When should I test

So me an my husband is ttc this is our first month my fertility window was 8/16 to 8/22 we did the deed on the 16 17 18 19 and 20 but ovulated on the 21 an we didn’t have sex because he was away for work 😞can the chances still be high ? Also I’m 21 hes 30 if that matter we want this bad but I feel I missed this cycle because I didn’t have sex on my actually ovulation day ... plus I took a pregnancy test yesterday an it was neg but I been sleeping a lot sore boobs ect maybe I was testing to early ? Idk help 🤦🏾‍♀️

I also ovulated on 8/21 yesterday and you should wait until your missed period to test. If anything don't test until 10-12 DPO. I hope this is our month and yours as well. Baby dust!

Your age difference doesn’t matter at all.  It’s best if you have sex before you ovulate so you have a solid chance of positive test!  Although wait until your period is late to test.  It’s a waste of emotion and money to test earlier.

If it helps, glow told me I ovulated on a certain day but I didn’t get to bd until 2 days later, exactly 1 week later I took a test and BFP! This was last year in August but I now have a 3 1/2 month old son 😇

We have the exact same fertile window. If you ovulated on the 21st (the same day as me) then that means your only 1DPO & it’s wayyy to early to test. I would wait and test again when AF is due.
