Big blue breast veins

Has anyone experienced noticable big blue breast veins at any point-that weren't there before? I'm ttc and AF is due 8/28 (I'm in the TWW) and just as every other month, I do a breast self exam to check for lumps, and as I was examining my breasts looking in the mirror, I noticed some big blue breast veins. Probably normal, just wondering if maybe it's an early detection if I conceived. My breasts are usually tender during PMS and right now they're really sore.
