Fork problems...

So my 2 year old all of a sudden will only eat if we put the food on the fork for her. She'll put the fork in her mouth herself. She used to do it herself but now she'll sit there look at it and say help until we do it. She doesn't like things on her hands so she eats everything with a fork or spoon.

I've let her sit there. I've praised her for doing it herself. Nothing works to get her to keep doing it.
