Coffee addict ☕

So I work in an office Mon thru Fri I am use to drinking coffee almost every single day. I recently read a study that says that coffee can affect your pregnancy. True or false...and if so 1 cup a day is bad? Depends in the sugar and coffee intake? Give me your thoughts.
