Husband family continuously kicks me out of family pictures

While we were dating for every big holiday and birthdays my husbands family would ask me to step out of pictures. Which I was completely fine with since we weren’t married, but after getting married I thought it was a bit rude, but brushed it off. Now that we have a baby it infuriates me, is that wrong? She’s my baby not his mothers and they constantly say now let’s take a family picture, while I stand to the side. My husband agrees with me and often try’s to drag me back into the picture where he gets cut of by saying immediate only. Which I again wouldn’t care if it was just my mil and her kids. Should I voice my opinion next time it happens or am I over reacting?
