Keeping motivation

I'm 8 weeks postpartum with my second baby and I'm desperate to loose this baby weight there was 9 months between my pregnancies so I didn't loose much weight from my first so its carried over and now obviously I gained more. I'm desperate to feel better about myself and my body. My eating habits are alright I guess I have 2 meals a day breakfast and dinner but lunch never happens so I tend to just snack and I think that's my problem plus I do zero exercise apart from running around after 2 kids all day. I want to work out but got no confidence let alone time for the gym so it all has to be home workouts but finding the time is also a p problem I think my only time would be super early morning but then I'd rather sleep so I need to find the motivation to start it and stick at it. How do you all keep motivated and meet your goals?

I am in the same boat as you right now! I’m 10 weeks postpartum with my second and not feeling good about my body and none of my clothes fit. I just signed up for a home fitness program with a virtual community of other women doing it so it’s helping a lot with my motivation. I’m starting to see results now after 2-3 weeks...But I’m having trouble with diet too and getting time for proper meals between feeding my toddler and breastfeeding.
