10 weeks n fitness

melissa • 1 still birth, 4 wonderful kids, 3 miscarriages

So I was in a set schedule of mon to fri 5am at the gym everyday for the last 2 years. I love working out but since I hit week 5 of pregnancy I have been so tired and sick all day all the time I havent hit the gym at all. I'm lacking all effort and I can't take preworkout anymore. So I'm looking for ideas. Im hiking 2 times a week but I have never out of all my pregnancies had one this rough, this is our 5th and I'm struggling so hard and hating that I've gained 2.5lbs already and not fitting my pants like I want. Thanks for listening to my rant. If you have any ideas please shoot them at me.
