Numb toe! 😐
I’ve started a new job recently that requires me to constantly be on my feet. I wear these type of shoes and they have been the only shoes that don’t cause me to be uncomfortable by the end of the night.

But as of this week, every time I take off my shoes- my left foot pinky toe is completely numb. It feels as if my lateral plantar nerve is being compressed- which is weird to me because the shoes aren’t tight on my toes at all and its only in that one foot. There’s plenty of room in the shoe for movement!
Does anyone know how to prevent this numbness from happening? Or should I just see a doctor? I’m afraid that there’s nothing that can be done. 😭
