I was super horny after giving birth. I had a clitoral orgasm at a little over 3 weeks and it hurt afterwards. I cramped pretty badly and it irritated my inside incisions. Everyone heals at different rates though...so orgasm at your own risk 😂

As a person who works in a doctor's office.... Please just call your doctor!!!! We've heard it all and this question isn't even embarrassing. The only patients who stand out are the ones who act awkward about it. It'll probably be as tolerated but call to make sure. You could also check your discharge paperwork. 
Really, I would either call or wait. But if you call you might get to have an orgasm a lot sooner.

I’d still wait a while. I was 2-ish weeks PP when I had an orgasm in my sleep and my lord that was painful. Hurt my stitches and made me cramp so bad. But we all heal at different rates.
