My father is trying to "influence" the name of my unborn baby

Husband and I are having a surprise baby, and not telling anyone the names we have picked, but family does know we have 3 for each sex. Mom recently swore me to secrecy to tell me my father is going to try and keep slipping the name "Brent" into our conversations to try and change our minds to use this name if we have a boy (which his only connection to it is that he likes it I guess?). Mom told me because she hates the name, and I can't say my husband and I disagree. It was kind of funny at first, but now I'm just annoyed that people keep trying to choose names for us, even when we have kept our choices to ourselves to avoid feedback or suggestions on any in the first place.
