Weird pains since my pregnancy

Hi all i had a baby 2 months ago... he sadly passed but now im worried about my health... during the pregnancy i got these sharp pains on the right side of my lower abdomen and now they are returning its extremely painful to the point where i cry.. (i didnt cry with labour pains..) my question is has anyone had this before could you maybe shed some light on it for me please im worried and doctors here keep trying to tell me its period pains... i dont trust them as they were the cause of my son passing so please can anyone help?
