Hey Girls I been trying to loose weight,I just had a son ten months ago so I’m try to see do anybody have any suggestions on this method.

I drink it right when I wake up. Two table spoons and fill the rest of the glass with water. I don’t measure I just pour it in and it measures about 2 tablespoons. It makes me feel so good. And it does help with your digestive system and weight loss

I use to take it every night with lemon juice and water go water it down.. and I would tAke it every morning on a empty stomach and it helped a lot but I also ate healthy and worked out.

Taking a look at current research, there's precious little evidence that daily apple cider vinegar intake helps humans lose weight, so I'd say this is a fad" diet" more than a health breakthrough. In the studies that showed it increased feeling or fullness or reduced food intake, it did so by causing nausea - yikes. The acetic acid in it can also damage your tooth enamel if you're not careful, and it can alter your insulin levels unpredictably (important if you're diabetic).
In short, if as you dilute it, you don't have diabetes and it doesn't make you feel like crap, then no harm done. Eating healthy and exercising is always going to be the best way to lose weight, though. When is comes down to it, it's all about calories eaten and calories burned.
