Habits!
Hey chicas! So this topic stems from a book that I read a couple of months ago : The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg which is an AMAZING read that in short explains how habits are formed and how to create/ modify existing habits. Totally recommend.
We all know it takes about 21 days to break a habit so it got me thinking about a few habits I want to incorporate into my life which are- eating healthy, tranquility and staying organized.
Each day when I walk into my office and see these sticky notes I will remove one until I reach 21 days!
